How Much Weight Should I Lose?

If you don’t stick to a strong regime of changing your lifestyle then you will most likely start to suffer in the future. The main aim is to try and get people to lose as much as half of their weight, but it does depending your personal input post-surgery.

Will I Have Loose Skin?

It all depends on how much weight you lose. Naturally if you are to lose a lot of weight in such a manner, then you’ll have loose skin. This can all be tightened up by exercising to firm it all back up, keep in mind that this is determined by things like your age, your body quality, your skin tone and various other factors.

Is There Side-Effects?
